If your course purchase is eligible for a refund to your original payment method, you may choose to receive the refund as DrawClan Credits instead. These credits are added to your account as coupons immediately after the refund is processed and can be used right away toward your next course purchase.

Refunds to the original payment method may take 5–10 business days (or longer, depending on your bank and location). DrawClan Credits allow you to continue learning without waiting.
If there is no other course available to purchase, you may either wait until a new course is released and use your DrawClan Credits then, or choose to receive the refund to your original payment method as per our refund policy.
