Once DrawClan Credits are selected as the refund method and the refund is processed, it cannot be reversed or transferred back to the original payment method. This action is final and cannot be changed in our system.

DrawClan Credits are added to your account immediately after the refund is processed.

At the time of issuing the refund, you will be asked which course you would like to enroll in using the DrawClan Credits.

If you do not make a decision at that time, the credits will remain in your account, and you may use them to enroll in any course at a later date, whenever you are ready.
