If there is no other course available that you wish to purchase using DrawClan Credits, the refund may be issued to the original payment method, after deducting applicable transaction or processing charges.
Refunds to the original payment method may take 5–10 business days, or longer depending on your bank, payment provider, and location.
DrawClan Credits, on the other hand, are added immediately, allowing you to continue learning without waiting.
In case of refunds processed to the original payment method, transaction or payment processing charges may be deducted from the refund amount, as these charges are non-recoverable.
For gifted courses, refunds are available only if the recipient has not opened or accessed the course.
Once the course is opened, the gift becomes non-refundable.
